IT Strategies During Crisis |
The aim of the seminar is to showcase both advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing software development as well as highlight how other IT companies experience outsourcing operations and overcome challenges. The focus will be on such issues as protection of the intellectual property rights, know-hows, information sharing and communications, additional internal coordination costs, etc.
During the seminar, the leading IT companies specializing in nearshore software development, Ciklum and the NearShore, will present two different approaches to outsourcing. In addition, experts from Baker & McKenzie will discuss legal methods for the protection of the IPR as well as legal consequences in cases of issues with the personnel.
In the subsequent round of discussions, the attendees will have a possibility to address questions and share their own experience directly with the speakers and rest of the participants.
