Ciklum Became a Reseller of Webforum Europe On-line Project Management and Team Collaboration Service in Ukraine and Russia |
Stockholm, Sweden - 19 January 2010 - Ciklum, a Danish IT outsourcing company that specializes in nearshore software development in Ukraine and Pakistan, has signed a reseller agreement with Webforum Europe under which Webforum Project Management and Team Collaboration on-line service will now be offered on the Ukrainian and Russian markets. Webforum has used Ciklum for its product development for four years now. Today the company has decided to use Ciklum not just as a nearshore software development partner but also as their sales office that is to bring them a greater revenue stream to further finance companies software development plans. "Ciklum has a strong presence on the Ukrainian market. With this as a base we believe that they are well positioned to deliver our solution to customers in both Ukraine and Russia," says Albert Huth, MD of Webforum Europe. "Using various types of on-line services is the future for companies in Eastern Europe as well as the rest of the world. The advantage of not having to invest in expensive software is a key factor, and so is the possibility to securely store and access information from anywhere in the world instead of sending confidential information in e-mails," says Torben Majgaard, CEO of Ciklum. Signing a reseller partnership with Webforum moves Ciklum one step further in their strategy to be their customers' sales base and not just a nearhosre software development center. There are more than 200 million people living in Ukraine and Russia and this is becoming an increasingly attractive market for Webforum and many other Ciklum customers.
