We would like to tell you about an initiative of Ciklum's partner i-klass who launch new educational course for children called “ITdo”.

ITdo – is a fascinating study of the computer, Internet, and other IT possibilities for young people.

Classes will be conducted using an interesting and ivolving approach with different games and exercises. During the classes, little students will get useful knowledge and skills, which should help them in everyday life and carry them one step forward towards the future, making them young leaders among their contemporaries.

Another opportunity would be IT club for children, where participants will have a chance to visit different IT companies, watch movies on IT topics, and meet interesting and prominent people.

You can find more details about ITdo classes at http://itdo.com.ua.

We wish your children growth and development with the use of modern technologies!

This year the idea of IT Jam is to emphasize the importance of increasing SW development expertise in Ukraine.

We invite all the parties, which share and support the same goal, to participate!

IT Jam 2009 will give the roof to various Ukrainian IT communities, which will be willing to unite on this day together at one place.

This will provide an excellent opportunity for IT specialists to attend expertise sharing sessions in several “specializations” such as: iPhone development, Drupal, Agile methodology, Project Management, etc.

During the Panel Discussion with top persons from the biggest Ukranian IT companies there will be a chance to ask various questions and find out about their vision of where Ukranian IT industry will be moving to, what the main challenges will be in the near future - both for the companies and employees.

Traditionally - the event will end with a celebration :).

Informal communication with colleagues, accompanies by live band playing, beer and snacks will ensure good spirit!

Don’t miss it! :)

As a Silver sponsor, Ciklum is proud to invite everyone to the first Eastern European Agile conference, Agileee, taking place on the 18-19th of September, 2009, in Kyiv at the President Hotel. Agileee is an initiative of the Agile Group Ukraine and so far is the largest Agile event in Eastern Europe!

"Agile is a proven methodology that increases development teams' productivity. Today we can say this with a confidence - having seen the majority of Ciklum's teams switched to using Agile methods", says Marina Vyshegorodskikh, the HR Director at Ciklum.

Ciklum recognized the potential and saw great benefits in these methodologies right from the very beginning of the movement and was actually the first company that started supporting the Agile movement from its very seeds in Ukraine. In fact, as the oldest and most loyal supporter of the Agile movement in Ukraine, Ciklum is able to offer special ticket prices to its employees and partners.

"Today, we are proud to sponsor the first Agile event in Ukraine of such a grand international level. I think it is better to attend this conference and learn from the real professionals in the industry than take an academic Agile certification course that is worth a 1000 USD!" says Alexandra Lipes, Ciklum's Head of Retention Department.

They key topic of the conference is "Making Distributed Agile Work", however the sessions are not limited to this question. The participants are invited to learn more about Lean, Large Scale Agile, Agile Engineering Practices, Agile Testing, Experience Reports, etc. That is the conference will try to cover all aspects of Agile Software Development. Furthermore, the attendees will have a unique opportunity to attend numerous Master Classes from the leading Agile experts. For more information, see the detailed Agileee Conference Program (http://agileee.org/schedule/).

Don't miss your chance to take part in such a first grand Agile event in Eastern Europe! Take your career to the next level!
