iPhoneDevCamp Ukraine, which was organized in line with Ciklum strategy of developing and increasing “hot” technological areas expertise in Ukraine, proved to be a success! On Saturday, July 18, this event gathered 350+ people interested in various aspects of iPhone development.
It was organized in cooperation with iphonedev Community (http://www.iphonedev.com.ua ) and Stanfy company (http://www.stanfy.com.ua).

Ciklum will continue initiating and supporting activities, aimed at increasing professionalism of Ukranian software developers. We see this to be a strategically important step for maintaining image of Ukraine as attractive outsourcing destination, as well as for acquiring a new image – image of the country where great software development potential is turned into high level expertise, including narrow expertise in the various cutting edge technologies. This transformation will not happen overnight, it will require inspiration, open-mindedness and persistency from IT professionals and contribution and support from IT companies.
