1. Why did you decide to work abroad? Were you looking for a vacancy in any specific country?
   
   

   I like Austria very much. I have been to this country before and ever since that time I wanted to return.

2. Have you worked abroad before?
   
   

   Yes. In Germany.

3. Why did you accept the job offer from your current employer? What do you enjoy most about working at BWIN International Ltd.?
   
   

   Because it was in Vienna, an interesting project, position which I wanted. I like that I work in a very good international team, everybody is friendly, the project is very interesting, a lot of challenging tasks which improve my skills.

4. What was your best moment during your first working days at the new place?
   
   

   Good food and wine in some restaurants.

5. What are the new approaches to Company Management and Project Life-cycle implemented at your company in comparison to your previous experience?
   
   

   During the work on current scope it is necessary to organize your time and work by yourself.

6. What new experience did you gain at your current position? Do you have a chance to learn or you only share your knowledge with others?
   
   

   My colleagues always share their knowledge and experience.  It's a very good chance to learn a lot about the systems with such a huge environment.

7. Are you a part of an international team at your current place of employment? Is there a language barrier between your team-mates?
   
   

   Yes. There is no barrier, but it will be a big advantage to know German language. The company helps to manage this issue.

8. How long did the process of adaptation to the new environment take place for you? In terms of everything being new: the country, company, team, and even your flat.
   
   

   Near one month. The most difficult part is to find a good apartment in Vienna and a kindergarten for child.

9. Do you have an opportunity to keep in touch with your family and friends? Do they visit you?
   
   

   Yes. Via Skype I keep the connection with my friends. They also visit me.

10. Did you have a chance to travel around the country or to any neighbor-countries?
    
    

    Vienna has a very good position. You can visit Eastern and Western European countries. There are budget flights and special offers for tickets. Also Austria is a very beautiful country. I have been in Prague and Vienna’s suburbs already.

11. What do your wife and children do while you are at work? Is your wife looking for job opportunities?
    
    

    My daughter goes to the kindergarten and then some dance training. My wife currently has passed German language B2 exam and is looking for getting a second higher education.
